We deliver UK MAINLAND.

Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order — the exact cost will always be shown before you complete payment.

UK orders: typically delivered within 5 or more business days from dispatch.

International orders: delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout. You are responsible for any customs duties or import fees charged by your destination country; these are not included in your order total.

Tracking information will be available once your order has been dispatched — this may take up to 3 business days to update after dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original tags attached.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you've simply changed your mind, return shipping is at your own cost.

To start a return, contact us at performance.marketing@factory2door.co.uk with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 working days and issued to your original payment method.
